At State Bicycle Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles must be professionally assembled or in their original sealed box to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
