How do I determine the correct frame size for me?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page based on rider height and inseam. Generally, our sizes range from 46cm to 62cm to ensure a perfect fit for cyclists of all statures.
Do the bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 90% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. We strongly recommend professional assembly at a local bike shop to validate your warranty.
What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycle returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped via FedEx or UPS, domestic delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What kind of warranty do you offer on frames and components?
State Bicycle Co. offers a 5-year warranty on all bicycle frames and a 1-year warranty on non-consumable components against manufacturer defects.
Can I switch between fixed gear and single speed?
Yes, most of our Core-Line and 4130 Steel models come equipped with a 'Flip-Flop' hub, allowing you to easily switch between a fixed gear and a freewheel by simply flipping the rear wheel.
